Return Policy

Your first order is covered

We want you to feel comfortable trying Biscayne Coffee. If you are not satisfied with your first order for any reason, we will provide a full refund. No questions asked, and no return is required.

Later orders and damaged deliveries

Because coffee is perishable, we cannot accept returns on later orders unless there is a problem such as damage during delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange an exchange. We cannot accept an exchange or return request after 48 hours.

Shipping charges

Express shipping charges, including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other overnight or express services, are not refundable. Standard ground shipping is not refundable unless the delivery problem was caused by our shipping department and the order arrived damaged.
